Shipping policy

Applies to retail orders placed on corvon.tech (checkout at shop.corvon.tech). Latest version: www.corvon.tech/en/shipping

Processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show first movement.

Methods & delivery estimates.

  • Standard — 7–12 business days — calculated at checkout, free on orders over US$200
  • Express (DHL / FedEx) — 3–7 business days — calculated at checkout

All orders ship from our facility in Shenzhen, China. Delivery estimates count from the ship date and exclude time in customs. Our products contain no batteries, so shipments carry no hazmat restrictions.

Volume & B2B orders. These terms apply to retail orders. For volume and B2B orders, contact tech@corvon.tech — freight options and commercial terms are arranged individually.

Coverage. We ship to most countries worldwide — availability shows at checkout. Some destinations may be unavailable due to carrier, customs, or trade restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us before ordering.

Customs, duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or handling fees charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. If a shipment is refused or abandoned because duties were not paid, return shipping and any fees charged to us are deducted from the refund.

Address changes. We can update the shipping address any time before the order ships — contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address; packages returned to sender can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.

Lost or stuck shipments. If tracking shows no movement for 20 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact tech@corvon.tech within 7 days and we'll open a carrier investigation. Confirmed-lost packages are reshipped or refunded in full.

Damaged in transit. Photograph the packaging and contents and contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours and no later than 7 days after delivery. Transit damage is handled as dead-on-arrival under our Refund Policy.
